Llandow Newydd has always been designed to meet a need. From the earliest discussions with council officials about transport and education, right through to talking with housing associations and the health service about provision on site, we have been open to ideas and suggestions about how to make Llandow Newydd a truly successful, sustainable mixed use community.
Now that we have submitted the project as a candidate site for inclusion within the Vale of Glamorgan Local Development Plan (LDP), we want to hear from local businesses, communities and statutory and non-statutory organisations with an interest in the area. We need to know what you think of the ideas and proposals for Llandow Newydd; how we can improve them; what you would like to see included within the new village; what impact might Llandow Newydd have on your life and work?
All these things will help us to develop the proposals and enhance the final plans. This is a long term project and we are committed to delivering the best possible scheme for the people of the Vale.
