Persimmon Homes and Barratt South Wales are both billion pound national businesses which have already invested, at their own risk, several million pounds into developing the proposals for Llandow Newydd.
The land options and agreements in place across the site mean that the £750 million project can be easily delivered, along with the considerable community and infrastructure improvements proposed to make the site a great place to live and work, and designed to benefit the wider Vale community as well.
The investment in the project by Persimmon and Barratt is underpinned by more than seven years of research and evaluation undertaken by leading engineers, planners and consultants who have prepared the detailed reports and studies that show that Llandow Newydd is deliverable, sustainable and a valuable component to the delivery of Vale of Glamorgan Local Development Plan (LDP).
